Client Support Associate

Job description:

We are looking for a resilient and dedicated Client Support Associate to join our team at Neste in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team members. 3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients. 5. Conduct regular client satisfaction surveys and provide feedback to management to improve the overall client experience. 6. Assist with onboarding new clients and provide training on our products and services. 7. Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 8. Work closely with the customer success team to ensure client retention and loyalty.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Excellent people management and problem-solving abilities. 4. Proficient in data analysis and reporting. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite. 7. Experience in the energy or sustainability industry is a plus.
