Job Description:

Enevo is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Support Associate to work from home in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. This part-time, entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide top-notch support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department - Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to share best practices and improve overall customer experience
