Job Description:
Aiven is seeking a talented and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team in Helsinki, Uusimaa, FI. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of client support operations, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to improve client support services and enhance customer experience - Manage a team of client support specialists, providing guidance, training, and support as needed - Monitor and analyze client feedback and satisfaction levels, identifying areas for improvement - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address client issues and ensure timely resolution - Maintain and update client support procedures and documentation to ensure efficiency and accuracy - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive customer retention and growth
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven track record of at least 6 years in client support management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Independent and driven with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Attention to detail and critical thinking skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Experience working in a technology-driven and innovative environment - Prior experience in a tech or SaaS company is a plus
