Job Description - Client Support Manager

Job description:


We are looking for a talented and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team at Normet in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, Finland. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and providing exceptional support to ensure client satisfaction. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: - Manage client accounts and build strong relationships with key stakeholders - Provide timely and effective support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Conduct research to better understand client needs and preferences - Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to enhance client loyalty and retention - Prepare and deliver regular reports on client accounts and performance metrics


Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in client support or a related field - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Driven and adaptable with a strong passion for customer service - Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Strong cooperation and research skills - Proven track record of success in managing client relationships - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
