Job Description - Client Support Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Client Support Manager to join our team at Tamturbo in Vantaa, Uusimaa, Finland. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and providing exceptional customer service. This is a part-time role with an Associate Level seniority and requires a minimum of 5 years of experience.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Manage client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. - Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and providing tailored solutions. - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client projects and deliverables. - Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. - Proactively identify potential issues and provide proactive solutions to mitigate risks. - Monitor client satisfaction and track key performance indicators to ensure success.


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a related industry. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. - Reliable and dedicated work ethic.
