Remote Client Support Manager

Job Description: Uponor is seeking a Remote Client Support Manager to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI on a part-time basis. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be independent, motivated, and possess excellent presentation and leadership skills.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for remote clients, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and efficient manner - Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution to clients - Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client support activities and achieve business objectives - Track and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 7+ years of experience in client support or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
