Client Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Paptic is seeking a passionate and dedicated Client Support Manager to work from home in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI. As a part-time Associate Level role, the Client Support Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, issues, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients - Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients and facilitate a smooth transition - Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and improve the overall client experience - Develop and deliver presentations to clients on a regular basis - Stay current on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations

Requirements: - At least 5 years of experience in a client-facing role - Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to solve complex problems - Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients at all levels - Passion for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships - Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote setting
