Job Description:
Metsä Group is seeking a dedicated and resilient Client Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: - Managing client inquiries and resolving issues through email, phone, and chat - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction - Collaborating with internal teams to address client needs and provide solutions - Providing product and service information to clients - Monitoring client accounts and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Tracking and analyzing client feedback to improve the overall customer experience - Meeting and exceeding performance metrics related to client support
Requirements: - 5 years of experience in customer service or client support - Proven decision-making skills and emotional intelligence - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
