Job Description - Client Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Nokia is seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and providing exceptional support to ensure client satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong client relationships - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and escalations - Provide timely and effective support to resolve client issues - Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services - Analyze client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the client experience - Track and report on key performance metrics related to client support


Requirements: - Minimum of 6 years of experience in client support or a related field - Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Excellent negotiation and teamwork skills - Hardworking and dedicated to providing exceptional service - Strong problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
