Client Support Officer

Next Games is seeking a part-time Client Support Officer to join our team in Turku, Finland. This entry-level position requires a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. We are looking for a confident and reliable individual with strong decision-making and teamwork skills.

As a Client Support Officer at Next Games, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing exceptional customer service to clients through various channels, including email, phone, and chat - Resolving client issues and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a positive client experience - Assisting with administrative tasks as needed - Identifying opportunities for process improvement within the client support department

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client support role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Confidence and reliability in dealing with clients - Strong decision-making and teamwork skills
