Client Support Officer

Job Description:

Valio, a leading company in the food industry, is seeking a part-time Client Support Officer to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, Finland. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer support to clients through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person meetings - Understand client needs and develop solutions to meet their requirements - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products to clients - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients - Handle any client complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential new clients and support the onboarding process - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide informed assistance to clients

Requirements: - Confident and dedicated with a strong customer service orientation - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think critically and strategically to problem-solve effectively - Previous experience in a client support or customer service role is preferred - Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools - Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
