Remote Client Support Officer

Job Description:

Curious AI is seeking a motivated and reliable Remote Client Support Officer to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote support to clients in resolving technical issues and answering questions. 2. Assist with onboarding new clients and conducting product demonstrations. 3. Handle client inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner. 4. Work closely with the sales and development teams to ensure client satisfaction. 5. Update client records and maintain accurate documentation of client interactions. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance the client experience. 7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and concerns effectively.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 3. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Experience in people management and customer service. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Knowledge of remote support tools and technologies. 8. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
