Client Support Officer

Job Description:

Varjo is seeking a dynamic and energetic Client Support Officer to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland. As an Entry Level position with no specific years of experience required, this part-time role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and working proactively to meet their expectations. 3. Assist in the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and providing guidance on the effective use of our products and services. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products to existing clients. 5. Provide feedback from clients to the product development team to drive continuous improvement and innovation. 6. Assist in the planning and execution of client events, both locally and internationally, to foster connections and enhance the client experience. 7. Contribute to the overall success of the Client Support team by supporting team members and sharing best practices.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. 2. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to engage in strategic planning to meet client needs. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Finnish. 4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. 6. Experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not required.
