Job Description:
Kojamo is looking for a confident and reliable Client Support Officer to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland. As an Associate Level position, we are seeking candidates with at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess strong decision-making skills and have an exceptional attention to detail.
Responsibilities: - Provide top-tier customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person - Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback from clients in a professional and timely manner - Process orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues and improve overall client experience - Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients and update the database as needed - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients - Assist in training new team members on customer service procedures and best practices
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Confident and reliable with excellent communication skills - Strong decision-making abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with composure - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
