Client Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

ICEYE is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Client Support Officer, you will work from home and play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate is resourceful, resilient, and possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing any inquiries or issues they may have in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate to the appropriate team members when necessary. 3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and follow up as needed. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues. 5. Identify opportunities to improve processes and streamline operations for enhanced client satisfaction. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or client support role. 3. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 4. Proven ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions. 5. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
