Job Description - Client Support Representative

Job Description:


Optomed is seeking a part-time Client Support Representative to join our team in Vantaa, Finland. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role. The Client Support Representative will be responsible for managing client relationships and providing technical support for Optomed's products and services.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to clients. 3. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Educate clients on product features and benefits. 6. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up to date on product developments. 7. Assist with client onboarding and training as needed. 8. Provide feedback to the development team on product improvements based on client feedback.


Requirements: 1. Confident and reliable individual with a positive attitude. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong planning and organization skills. 4. Creative problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Knowledge of CRM systems and ticketing software. 7. Fluency in English and Finnish is required.
