Remote Client Support Representative

At Ponsse, we are currently seeking a part-time Remote Client Support Representative to join our team based in Helsinki, Uusimaa, Finland. As an Associate Level position, we require candidates to have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess a confident and independent personality, along with strong leadership and presentation skills. As a Remote Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, managing client inquiries and issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction with our products and services. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and providing accurate and timely information to clients.

Key responsibilities: - Handle incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients - Maintain client records and update client information in the database - Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to address client needs - Upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients - Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client support role - Confident and independent personality - Strong leadership and presentation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
