Job Description:
Spectral Engines is seeking a part-time Remote Client Support Representative to join our dynamic team in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. As an Entry-Level Remote Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This role is ideal for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, adaptable, and possess excellent critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance via phone, email, or chat. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Provide product information, troubleshooting, and technical support to clients. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns effectively. 6. Follow internal procedures and guidelines to ensure quality service delivery. 7. Assist in identifying areas for improvement in customer service processes. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed assistance to clients.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings. 7. Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work.
