Client Support Representative

Job Description:

Enevo is seeking a part-time Client Support Representative to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. As a Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. This role is perfect for someone who is resourceful, adaptable, and has a strong ability in analysis and leadership.

Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshooting and resolving client issues in a timely manner - Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client interactions - Collaborating with internal teams to address client needs and concerns - Providing product support and guidance to clients - Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency - Striving to exceed client expectations and deliver exceptional service

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or client support role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
