Job Description - Remote Client Support Representative

Job Description:


KONE Corporation, a global leader in the elevator and escalator industry, is seeking a Remote Client Support Representative to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a motivated and resilient individual who possesses excellent innovation and people management skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues and escalations - Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes - Document client interactions and maintain accurate records - Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date on products and services - Adhere to company policies and procedures for quality assurance


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - 4+ years of experience in client support or customer service - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Comfortable with remote work and using virtual communication tools
