Remote Client Support Specialist

Outokumpu is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Remote Client Support Specialist to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. This is a part-time position with an entry-level seniority level and requires 0 years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner - Assist clients with product inquiries, order processing, and account management - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated client issues - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on open tickets - Perform data entry and administrative tasks as needed
