Job Description:
Nokia is seeking a dedicated and resilient Client Support Specialist to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. As a part-time Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar customer support role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent strategic planning and problem-solving skills to effectively support our clients.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and issues - Conduct thorough troubleshooting and issue resolution for technical and operational challenges - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective responses to client needs - Provide training and guidance to clients on product usage and best practices - Monitor client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement in our services - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - Strong communication skills and ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner - Proven experience in managing client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Fluent in English, additional language skills a plus
