Job Description - Client Support Specialist

Job Description:


Measur, a leading company in the measurement and data analysis industry, is seeking a part-time Client Support Specialist to join our team in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role who is resilient, adaptable, and possesses strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional support to clients via phone, email, and online chat - Troubleshoot and resolve client issues and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner - Collect and analyze client feedback to improve our products and services - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality support solutions - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up as needed - Assist with onboarding new clients and providing training as necessary - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - 4+ years of experience in client support or a similar role - Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - Experience with CRM systems is a plus
