Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and support to clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat - Answer client inquiries, resolve any issues, and ensure client satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide solutions - Use critical thinking skills to analyze client concerns and find appropriate resolutions - Persuade clients when necessary to make informed decisions and take actions - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and communication logs - Assist in developing client support materials and resources - Attend training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills in client support
