Job Description:
Supercell is seeking a talented Client Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our clients to address any questions or concerns they may have, as well as provide guidance on our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients as needed - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and resolutions - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex client issues - Assist in the development of client training materials and resources - Stay up-to-date on product updates and changes to provide accurate information to clients - Follow company policies and procedures to ensure high-quality customer service is provided at all times
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or client support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Adaptable and motivated to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively - Comfortable working remotely and using various communication tools and software
