Client Support Specialist - Work from home

Glue Collaboration is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will allow you to work remotely from home. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but candidates should possess at least 1 year of related experience. We are looking for individuals who are energetic, hardworking, possess emotional intelligence, and have excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues with our products and services. 3. Provide product demonstrations and onboarding support for new clients. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide feedback for product improvements. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on any unresolved issues. 6. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. 4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Basic understanding of technology and software applications. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
