Client Support Specialist - Work from home

We are looking for a dedicated Client Support Specialist to join our team at Hartwall. This is a remote, part-time position based in Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland, with an entry-level seniority and a requirement of at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

As a Client Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, answering inquiries, and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner. You will also manage client accounts, update information in our database, and provide feedback to our product development team based on client needs and requests.

The ideal candidate for this role will be resilient and resourceful, able to handle challenging situations with grace and find creative solutions to problems. Strong decision-making and innovation skills are essential for success in this role.

In addition to the above requirements, the Client Support Specialist should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong customer service orientation. Knowledge of CRM systems and experience in a sales or customer support role is preferred.
