Client Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Outokumpu is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Support Specialist to join our team in Vantaa, Finland. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, helping them with any inquiries or issues they may have.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their questions and concerns - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for clients experiencing issues with our products or services - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for our clients - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients - Cultivate strong relationships with clients to drive customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer support role - Confident and passionate personality traits - Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills - Ability to work independently and efficiently from a remote location - Experience working with CRM systems and other customer support tools - Fluency in English and Finnish - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
