Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Remote Contact Center Assistant to join our team at Kamux. As a Remote Contact Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients while working remotely from your location in Vantaa, Uusimaa, Finland.
Responsibilities: - Handling incoming calls and emails from clients and providing timely and accurate information - Assisting clients with inquiries, issues, and complaints, ensuring a positive customer experience - Updating and maintaining client records in the company database - Collaborating with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve client issues - Conducting follow-up calls and emails to gather feedback and ensure client satisfaction - Participating in training sessions to stay up to date on product knowledge and customer service best practices
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Energetic and resilient personality traits - Strong critical thinking skills and ability to think on your feet - Excellent presentation skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English
