Contact Center Assistant

Job Description:

Varjo is seeking a hardworking and motivated Contact Center Assistant to join our innovative team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. As an Entry Level Contact Center Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting our contact center team in providing exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities: - Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner - Assisting customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or gather feedback - Processing customer orders and returns accurately and in a timely manner - Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system - Participating in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills

Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong decision-making and analytical skills - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - High attention to detail and accuracy - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
