Job Description:
Neste is seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resilient and confident, with strong presentation and time management skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional manner. 2. Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or provide additional information. 3. Assisting customers with account management and troubleshooting any issues they may encounter. 4. Documenting all customer interactions accurately in the database. 5. Working closely with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently. 6. Participating in training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and customer service best practices. 7. Providing feedback to management on ways to improve the overall customer experience.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. 2+ years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 3. Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 7. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
