Remote Contact Center Assistant

Job Description:

Nightingale Health is seeking a reliable and hardworking Remote Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries - Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or prospects - Provide information about products and services - Assist with customer service inquiries and issue resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet or exceed performance goals set by management

Requirements: - Reliable and hardworking individual - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work well in a remote environment - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers - Strong teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues - High school diploma or equivalent - Basic computer skills - Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
