Job Description:

Lean Entries is seeking a motivated and confident Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. This part-time position is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency. 2. Provide excellent customer service and assist with inquiries or issues. 3. Update customer information in the database and maintain accurate records. 4. Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members. 5. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and effective communication. 6. Participate in meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge. 7. Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the contact center team.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred. 2. Motivated and confident with excellent communication skills. 3. Strong presentation and strategic planning abilities. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
