Contact Center Assistant - Work from home

Curious AI is seeking a Contact Center Assistant to work remotely from home in Helsinki, Uusimaa, FI. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate will be reliable and resilient, with strong teamwork and presentation skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and emails from customers or clients. 2. Providing information about products or services offered by the company. 3. Assisting customers with orders, returns, or other inquiries. 4. Resolving customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner. 5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Participating in training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and customer service best practices.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Proficiency in using computer software and navigating online systems. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 5. Must have a quiet workspace at home with a reliable internet connection. 6. Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus.
