Job Description:
Altia is seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Tampere, FI. This position is part-time and offers the flexibility to work from home. As an Associate level role, we are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide assistance and support to customers with their inquiries, issues, and complaints. 3. Update customer information in the database accurately and timely. 4. Assist in resolving customer disputes and escalations. 5. Work with other departments to coordinate and facilitate customer requests. 6. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. 7. Complete administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor. 8. Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and objectives.
Requirements: 1. Reliable and independent individual who can work effectively without direct supervision. 2. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage difficult or challenging customer interactions. 3. Excellent people management skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Finnish. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
