Contact Center Assistant - Work from home

As a Contact Center Assistant at Infinited Fiber Company, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. We are looking for individuals who are hardworking, reliable, and possess strong research and innovation skills.

Responsibilities: - Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Making outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide additional information as needed - Handling customer complaints and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction - Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with team members to improve overall customer service experience

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
