Contact Center Associate

Job Description:

Loupedeck is seeking a part-time Contact Center Associate to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland. As an Associate Level Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and emails from customers regarding product inquiries, technical support, and order assistance - Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system - Collaborating with other departments to escalate and resolve customer issues - Providing product recommendations and upselling when appropriate - Participating in training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and customer service best practices

Requirements: - Confident and resourceful personality traits - Adaptability and strategic planning soft skills - At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma required, associate degree preferred
