Remote Contact Center Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Contact Center Associate to join our team at Yeply. As a part-time member in Helsinki, Uusimaa, FI, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Providing technical support for our products and services. 3. Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. 4. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements: 1. Four years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Confident and hardworking personality traits. 3. Strong persuasion and critical thinking skills. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office suite. 6. Ability to work remotely and independently. 7. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
