Contact Center Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Contact Center Associate to join our team at Relex Solutions in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, Finland. As a part-time member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. This role is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Take ownership of and follow through on customer issues, ensuring they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction. 3. Provide product and service information to customers. 4. Utilize strategic planning skills to anticipate customer needs and proactively address them. 5. Manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively. 6. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Assist with training new team members as needed. 8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and driven personality. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong organizational and time management skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Experience in people management is a plus. 7. Fluent in English and Finnish.
