Elliptic Labs is seeking a Contact Center Associate to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. As a Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels. This role is part-time and entry-level, making it a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in a dynamic and innovative company.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat - Provide support and guidance to customers in a professional and friendly manner - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and general inquiries - Document customer interactions and feedback for future reference - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies - Meet performance metrics and goals set by the Contact Center Manager

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required - Driven and reliable personality traits - Strong communication and analytical skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Basic computer proficiency - Availability to work part-time hours
