Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and driven Remote Contact Center Manager to join our team at Inscripta. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in contact center management, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our remote contact center operations. This is a part-time position based in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement contact center strategies to drive performance and achieve key KPIs - Lead and manage a team of remote contact center agents, providing coaching and feedback to ensure high-quality customer service - Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and productivity - Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and enhance the customer experience - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues, providing timely and effective resolutions - Conduct regular training sessions to develop the skills and knowledge of contact center agents - Utilize technology and tools to improve contact center operations and drive continuous improvement
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in contact center management - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding KPIs in a contact center environment - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to motivate and inspire a remote team - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Proficiency in contact center software and CRM systems - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
