Job Description - Remote Contact Center Manager


Job Description:


As a Remote Contact Center Manager at Ponsse, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our contact center located in Helsinki. Your primary role will be to manage and lead a team of remote customer service representatives who are responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of remote customer service representatives - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and overall performance - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement - Provide coaching and feedback to team members to help them achieve their goals - Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution - Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and enhance the customer experience - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business or related field - Previous experience in a contact center or customer service management role - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a remote team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to make sound decisions and think innovatively - Independent and reliable with a high level of accountability - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
