Contact Center Officer

Sensible 4 is seeking a responsible and hardworking Contact Center Officer to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience and a strong commitment to reliability.

As a Contact Center Officer, your primary responsibilities will include answering incoming calls and emails from customers, addressing their inquiries or concerns, and providing excellent customer service at all times. You will also be responsible for documenting customer interactions, updating customer records, and escalating issues as needed to the appropriate department.

In addition to excellent communication skills, the ideal candidate for this role will possess strong time management abilities and work well in a team environment. The ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain a positive attitude is also essential.
