Remote Contact Center Officer

Job Description: ICEYE is seeking a Remote Contact Center Officer to join our team in Turku, FI. This part-time position is ideal for entry-level candidates with at least 1 year of experience. As a Remote Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and chat.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers as needed - Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Confident and driven personality with a strong desire to help customers - Excellent communication skills and the ability to think critically and problem-solve - Strong planning and organization skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM systems preferred - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting - Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
