Contact Center Officer

Job Description:

Lean Entries, a dynamic company located in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, is seeking a passionate and driven Contact Center Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional and efficient manner. 2. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed. 4. Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Assist with customer feedback collection and analysis. 7. Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service strategies. 8. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to handle difficult situations with ease. 3. Demonstrated passion for providing exceptional customer service. 4. Driven to exceed customer expectations and achieve business goals. 5. Ability to think innovatively and contribute to strategic planning efforts. 6.
