Contact Center Officer

Job Description:

Supercell is seeking a Contact Center Officer to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our players across various communication channels.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, chat, and social media - Provide accurate and timely information to assist customers with their questions or concerns - Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed - Proactively engage with customers to promote loyalty and retention - Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve customer service processes and strategies - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Independent and driven attitude to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong persuasive skills to influence customer behavior and drive positive outcomes
