Job Description: Kojamo, a leading real estate company in Finland, is seeking a part-time Contact Center Officer to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa. As an Entry Level Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and tenants through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and chat support.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information about our properties, rental agreements, and services. 2. Assisting tenants with maintenance requests and coordinating with internal departments to resolve issues promptly. 3. Handling complaints and feedback from customers professionally and ensuring customer satisfaction. 4. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 5. Collaborating with colleagues to improve processes and enhance customer service delivery. 6. Participating in training programs to improve product knowledge and communication skills. 7. Contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and teamwork.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. High school diploma or equivalent. 3. Driven and resourceful personality traits. 4. Strong emotional intelligence and people management skills. 5. Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment. 8. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn and adapt.
