Remote Contact Center Officer

Job Description:

Sensible 4, a leading company in the field of autonomous vehicles, is seeking a talented Remote Contact Center Officer to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. This is a part-time position at the associate level, requiring at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Remote Contact Center Officer, your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be required to document all interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed - Document all interactions with customers accurately - Provide product information and technical support when necessary - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met - Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Motivated and adaptable personality traits - Strong critical thinking skills - Excellent time management abilities - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
