Contact Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

HMD Global is seeking a dedicated Contact Center Officer to join our team remotely from Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, passionate, cooperative, and persuasive.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and efficient manner - Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues and answering questions - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product information and company policies

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications
