Contact Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Varjo is seeking a Contact Center Officer to work from home in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI. This part-time entry-level position requires a driven and confident individual with strong problem-solving and planning skills. As a Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and online chat.

Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing product information and troubleshooting technical problems - Processing orders and managing customer accounts - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions - Collaborating with team members to improve customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - Strong communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent - Availability to work evenings and weekends
